Please read the platform rules before using LUXORA.
1. Purpose
LUXORA is a platform for adult companionship and social accompaniment. It is designed for consensual social experiences such as dining, events, conversation, city activities, networking and travel companionship.
2. Service Locations
LUXORA is currently focused on Kolkata and Raipur. Availability may vary depending on the city, companion availability and the nature of the requested social experience.
3. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old. False identity information, impersonation and attempts to involve minors are strictly prohibited.
4. Direct Contact
LUXORA may use a direct communication model through phone and WhatsApp. Users are responsible for providing accurate information when communicating with the LUXORA team and for respecting applicable laws and platform rules.
5. Consent & Respect
All interactions must be voluntary, respectful and based on mutual consent. Coercion, threats, harassment, intimidation or unwanted behaviour are not permitted.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Illegal activities, coercion, threats, harassment, trafficking, exploitation, abuse and any activity prohibited by applicable law are not permitted. LUXORA does not facilitate prostitution or sexual services.
LUXORA may refuse, suspend or terminate access or enquiries where there is a suspected violation of these rules or applicable law.
7. Travel Companionship
Travel companionship requests are subject to availability, mutual consent, applicable laws and individual arrangements. Users are responsible for ensuring that their travel plans and activities comply with the laws and regulations applicable to their destination.
8. Privacy
We aim to limit unnecessary public exposure of personal information. Users should avoid sharing sensitive personal information unless it is reasonably required for the relevant interaction.
9. Personal Safety
Users are responsible for exercising reasonable personal safety precautions. For initial meetings, users are encouraged to choose appropriate public or reputable locations and maintain control over their personal belongings and information.

LUXORA may update its services, availability, platform features or operational procedures from time to time. Updated terms may be published on this page when applicable.
11. Applicable Compliance
Final production deployment should include appropriate privacy notices, consent mechanisms, secure authentication, record-keeping and compliance with applicable Indian laws and regulations.

By using LUXORA, you acknowledge that you are 18 or older and agree to follow these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, Safety & Trust guidelines and all applicable laws.
